  • To demonstrate that the Treaty of Waitangi is this Nations most powerful and unifying document
  • To be a preferred provider of all community social service delivery in the domain of education, health, recreation, employment, housing, culture and tourism, justice, road safety, research, entertainment, community development, economic development, social services
